The YMCA of Greater Richmond is looking for enthusiastic, positive youth development professionals to serve as Assistant Site Supervisors in our Power Scholars Academy Summer Program in Henrico County Public Schools.
Due to the collaborative nature of these positions, incumbents should be prepared to interview with both the YMCA of Greater Richmond and Richmond City Public Schools.

DUTIES
Provide assistance to leadership of YMCA Power Scholars Academy program at designated site. This position requires a desire to work with and be a positive role model for children and staff. Must have the ability to lead, manage, and inspire with warmth, clear instruction, a positive attitude, and appropriate firmness.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor's degree is preferred. Applicants should have a commitment to the YMCA mission, and experience building relationships with diverse community stakeholders. Experience managing staff and volunteers is preferred. At least one year of experience working directly with youth in an educational setting is required. Strong oral and written communication skills are essential, as well as excellent organizational technology abilities. General experience with budgeting and program administration is preferred.
