The YMCA of Greater Richmond is seeking an Administrative Services Director to assist and support the Youth Development branch customer service center located at YMCA Camp Thunderbird (9300 Shawonodasee Rd, Chesterfield, VA 23832).

The primary responsibilities of the Administrative Services Director include answering phone calls, engaging YMCA members and customers, & assisting with program registration, billing, and collections. This person may also assist with administrative duties in line with with state licensing measures. They may also assist with general record keeping, filing, and other miscellaneous adminstrative tasks as needed. 


Previous administrative support experience is required. A Bachelor's degree is preferred. Strong PC and software skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook are required. Important qualities for this position are strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, leadership skills, flexibility, and the ability to solve problems and make decisions independently. Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
